The Portuguese State Department for Economy and Work has, since November 2011, distinguished Represtor, S.A. as a leader in the small and medium enterprises category, through the FINCRESCE program, for its quality performance and risk profile. And more recently has seen its efforts rewarded by achieving the small and medium enterprise excellence prize in 2014.
Represtor has developed consistent measures allowing them to follow quality management models established by European standards, fulfilling the necessary requirements, aiming for improved internal systems, a greater workforce, efficient monitoring of the workplace, monitoring customer satisfaction (both collaborators and suppliers), whilst guaranteeing a continuous improvement process of the quality management system. Our efforts reflect the commitment to quality services that aim to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
