The PALAS A shutter is formed by steerable slats with a rhomboid shape, made of galvanized steel with chrome treatment, antioxidant layer and a final thermo-set polyester coating, available in a wide range of colours.

Cast aluminium tops are applied to the axes of the slat supports. The support axes are made of A2 stainless steel.

This system can be manufactured with different width slats, so as to optimize natural light, according to each building’s needs.

The PALAS A was specifically designed for light control, protecting buildings from the effects of heat and light. They can reflect up to 80% of solar energy, depending on the position and color of the slats, while reducing room temperature costs up to 30%.

The slats turn on their central axe and are steerable from 0º to 135º, following the sun’s circadian cycle. A vertical installation of the PALAS A provides an option as to how slats close, according to the façades orientation.

Can be manually or motor operated (individually or group controlled) with the possibility of integrating PALAS A in new home automation systems.

Maximum width allowed can range:
– Between 2500 mm and 6000 mm for vertical application.

– They are pretreated with chrome and have a thermo-set polyester coating.
– All colour coatings available.
